In a conservation area in central Cambridge, this design sympathetically created a formal garden in harmony with many others in this Georgian terrace.
Eighties style shrubs, concealing the house from the road were removed and replaced with a formal parterre of Box and Bay. The timber trellis fence, originally running along the entire terrace was replaced and a wide path of reclaimed Yorkstone installed.
Perennials and Foxgloves in white either side of the parterre soften and blend the garden into its neighbour’s.
